Northstar Wealth Partners recently leased 3043 square feet of office space at Towncenter, and has become the newest tenant at Towncenter. Northstar relocated from Newington. The space was formerly occupied by Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance and is located immediately off the courtyard. Simons Real Estate Group brokered the transaction directly.
